Jorja Durden – Marketing & Business Development
Relationship-Driven Growth & Field-Smart Strategy
Jorja Durden plays a key role at WAFRT as the connection builder — creating and maintaining relationships with trades and attending networking events to drive new business. With a background in construction, project management, and marketing, she brings a dynamic energy to the team and helps turn connections into opportunities.
She holds an OSHA 30 certification, a digital marketing certificate, and has previously run her own business — experience that gives her a strong sense of initiative and strategic thinking. Though new to the fire and water restoration world, Jorja has jumped right in, spending time in the field with senior team members to gain firsthand knowledge and deepen her expertise.
Originally from Dacula, Georgia, Jorja now calls Comfort, Texas home, where she’s raising her three boys. Outside of work, she lives an active life filled with faith, sports, hiking, fishing, working out, reading, and enjoying both the beach and the mountains. She also loves wine and family time.
Jorja’s personal motto comes from 1 Chronicles 16:11: “Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually.” Her journey is full of unique chapters — including earning her pilot’s license at age 22, moving to New York at 19 to pursue modeling, and proudly sharing her Native American heritage.
Before joining WAFRT, she worked in new-build construction, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Looking ahead, Jorja is focused on building deeper relationships within the company, getting married, constructing her dream home, and continuing to grow personally and professionally.
